Jen Warmanen, ACSM, AFAA
Group Fitness Instructor
Jen approaches teaching group exercise with enthusiasm and a positive attitude that she has found over the years inspires her students and keeps them coming back for more. Her goal as an instructor is to help her students discover what motivates and challenges them so they can look forward to exercising regularly and therefore experience the countless benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle.

Having grown up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Jen has always cherished being active outside and to this day enjoys spending time at the lake or running local trails when back there visiting family. She and her husband, a local pastor, both instilled the importance
of regular fitness and activity in their two now-teenage children, and enjoy watching the two of them compete in organized sports and seeing them discover the joys and benefits of living an active lifestyle.
Jen has over 20 years of experience as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. In that time she has become certified and taught many different exercise formats including Zumba (Latin dance-based exercise), PiYo (Pilates/Yoga fusion), and Barre (ballet-derived exercise), and incorporates elements from each in her group exercise instruction.
