​Matthew, born and raised in the northwest suburban Chicagoland area, received his massage therapy certification from the Estelle Medical Academy in Skokie, Illinois in 2018. Having been athletic through sports and exercise most of his life, Matthew has a broad understanding of the muscular system and the various stretches and conditioning methods to help you get back to proper balance, having recently had arthroscopic knee surgery and performing all the rehabilitative therapy himself, eventually coming to full recovery.

He is well-versed in helping his patients recover from pain related to trigger point activation (muscle knots), using a number of techniques to provide therapeutic release, and in general varies from light to deep tissue in his approach, stating, "With various massage and stretch techniques, we will reach your goal together."
