Lucy Hinova is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Shiatsu Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. Lucy believes the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right care, support, and environment.

Drawing from both Eastern and Western healing philosophies, Lucy creates personalized treatment sessions tailored to each client's unique needs. She integrates Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral Therapy to calm the nervous system, improve lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, release tension patterns, and promote deep relaxation and restoration. Her work is gentle yet effective, helping clients feel supported physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Lucy has a special interest in pre- and post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage, helping reduce swelling, support healing, and encourage a smoother recovery. She also works with active individuals and athletes seeking to improve recovery, reduce inflammation, and optimize overall wellness. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing chronic stress or muscle tension, or simply looking to improve their overall health, every session is thoughtfully designed to support the body's natural healing processes.
