16-point Titleist Performance institute (TPI) physical screen administered by a certified movement specialist

Program design based on screen findings with therapeutic focus

Twice weekly small group sessions

Day 1: golf-specific strength training

Day 2: golf-specific stability/mobility training

All this for less than the cost of a new (or even slightly used) driver!
