Audrey is a University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign graduate with degrees in Health Education and Promotion and Health Administration and Planning. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Virtual Coach Specialist, NASM MMA/Conditioning Specialist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist.

 

Following college, she dedicated 6 years as a behavioral therapist specializing in autistic spectrum disorder and she was a part time kickboxing instructor. She continued in the fitness industry as a Medical Integrated Personal Trainer at Loyola Medical Center training bariatric, orthopedic, and pulmonary patients while also teaching functional training, group fitness, and boot camp style classes. She has experience in cardio kickboxing, TRX, post-natal fitness, and core fusion. Her training sessions are fun, progressive, and challenging while also being educational and most importantly, emphasizing safety and effectiveness.

 

Outside of training, Audrey's hobbies include spending time with her daughter, cooking vegan dishes, kickboxing, and reading.
