Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics along with a Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine, Sebastian integrates a profound understanding of the human body with effective, results-oriented techniques. His skill set includes working with high-level athletes to enhance their performance as well as guiding busy professionals toward a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.

Sebastian was born and raised in Park Ridge, Illinois, from a first-generation Polish family and is bilingual in Polish and English. He comes from an athletic background and through his youth competed in soccer at a high level, having been offered a contract with the Chicago Fire at age 17. After suffering a career-ending injury that left him unable to pursue his athletic dreams, he felt a calling to educate others through functional and strength training to help them achieve their health and well-being goals.
