Katie Arispe
Group Exercise Specialist
Over the last number of years Katie has rediscovered her passion for health, fitness, and overall well-being after first going through her own personal journey and has made it her mission to help as many people as she can find the same joy in theirs.
Having spent many years in the corporate world living a more sedentary lifestyle than is ideal, with the inevitable health decline and weight gain that follows, Katie knows firsthand the real world struggles that people face when it comes to balancing their daily lives with their own physical, mental, and emotional needs. Having grown up playing softball and volleyball while also participating in gymnastics, Katie wanted nothing more than “get back to herself” after years of general inactivity. Despite the obstacles of being a wife and mother she recommitted to her health and well-being and found it so rewarding that she chose to leave the corporate world and become a health and fitness expert so she can help others do the same. She is living proof that simple lifestyle adjustments can lead to sustainable habits that will truly help improve your health and overall quality of life.
Focus on the process: "It's not what you do once in a while; it's what you do day in and day out that makes the difference"
Holding a number of certifications, Katie shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to acquiring as much knowledge as she can to continue to make a difference. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger, or improve stability and balance, Katie is here to guide you along every step of your health and well-being journey in an encouraging and enjoyable way.
