Our approach to “personal training”, or what we refer to as Foundational Individual Training, takes a more remedial approach to resistance exercise. By properly learning the core movements needed to perform your best (bend, squat, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and carry), you will gain the direction, confidence, and motivation you need to achieve the results you want, all in therapeutically-focused 30-minute sessions that are respectful of your time.
